Book club yesterday in which we discussed Gilead. Have a look at what we thought here. Website design still remains largely a mystery to me, but if I carried on fiddling around with it until it was perfect – well, I'd never post anything. Someone said to me the nice thing about websites is that they're never done. And this is a good moment to bring out a favourite quote of mine which is 'if a thing's worth doing, it's worth doing badly'. Bit scared of what the rest of the book club will think of this blog, as no-one has seen it yet (except Ted and Bill van Loan (hello :). I know, I know, the table needs work – it looks weird on my computer, which means it's probably going to look terrible on anyone else's. So bear with me until I learn how to fix it.
