Scott Berg recounts the discovery of a literary treasure trove: a cache of Ernest Hemingway’s early correspondence, for decades kept hidden at the late novelist’s estate in Cuba.' VF are showing some of the letters on their website. Interesting, after reading The Paris Wife for book club, to see one of his early letters to Hadley. It ends 'Night my dearest Hash—I’d like to hold you so and kiss you so that you wouldn’t doubt whether I wanted to or not.'
