‘What You Will Learn’ with Adam Ashton and Adam Jones • #103

We love book discussion here at The Book Club Review, the more books the better, so we were interested in two Australians who devour books on everything from self-improvement to business and marketing for their weekly podcast What You Will Learn. Adam Ashton and Adam Jones have recently launched their own book, The Sh*t They Never Taught You – their guide to the best bits from the best books, carefully compiled into a series of life lessons.

In this episode Ashto and Jonesy join Kate to discuss what reading all these books has taught them, and provide her with a perfect tailor made booklist to kick her out of her counter-productive ways. Listen in for more on what busy people can learn from books.

We love the way these sorts of books can lead to really interesting book club discussions. We’ve put together a list of ten of our own suggestions for book club reads that fall more or less under the personal-development umbrella. Check it out over on the blog.
